Good candidates must have:
- Proven track record in a customer service or contact center setting, driven by a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and knowledgeable about streaming services on various devices such as phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Competent in PC keyboarding skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Extensive background in providing technical support.
- Exceptional problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in multitasking, with the capability to efficiently navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM applications (preferred) and past experience working with them.

Required Equipment:
While all equipment will be provided to work from home, you will need Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. It is also strongly suggested that you have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
