Call Center QA is a remote call center that hires independent contractors to work from home as part-time telecommuters in the United States. They are committed to includes veterans, disabled adults, and home-based parents as part of their call center workforce.
Call Center QA has openings for US telephone mystery shoppers that will be filled by agents that will be completing calls to various call centers asking about specific products or services as described in their call assignments. It is an independent contractor position that requires their call center evaluators to work a variety of hours and shifts. This position is open to U.S. residents ONLY, who are very fluent in English.
What is the Pay?
Whenever a call meets all guidelines and paperwork is properly submitted, Call Center QA pays $5 to $10 for the work done. Currently, payment is done only through PayPal but alternate payment methods may be introduced in the near future.

What are the requirements?
There are no specific computer requirements, but they do require a written evaluation to be submitted through email for each call evaluation. So while you do not need a top of the line system with the most current Windows version, you do need to be able to send in documents and other required forms through e-mail.
Some general requirements are listed here:
- Access to the Internet to receive emails for each assignment
- A land-line phone for placing calls as they are routed through their system and are recorded.
- Be able to work independently
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Have excellent telephone presence
- Have good and strong organizational skills plus attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a little call center experience
