Sykes Home was a call center based out of Denver, Colorado hiring work at home agents in the United States and Canada. In 2023, Sykes merged with Sitel and rebranded as Foundever, a global company specializing in customer experience. They are now based in Miami, Florida and continue to offer remote customer service jobs in the U.S. and multiple countries around the world.

What Types of Work At Home Positions Are Available at Sykes Home?

Sykes Home had a variety of work at home positions in customer service, financial services, healthcare support, video gaming support, and order support. Today, Foundever's remote positions are primarily customer service, however they do have additional part-time and full-time positions as needs arise. 

All calls are inbound calls, so you do not have to worry about sales or outbound telemarketing. Although it is an English-only call center, they also have bilingual work at home positions available.

What is the Pay?

Home based customer service agents working for Foundever are paid around $17 per hour, with pay ranging from $10-$18 according to Glassdoor. Payment is made through direct deposit to your bank account every two weeks. In addition, they offer employees that have completed at least one thousand work hours additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans. They also offer paid training as an added benefit.

What are the Job Requirements?

This is considered an entry-level position. Since their rebranding, Foundever has a “No experience? No problem!” policy as they value people skills over years of customer service experience. 

To be considered for a work at home position you will need to meet the following:

• Be at least 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Dedicated quiet environment

When researching on Sykes Home, I came across both negative and positive reviews online. It is therefore advisable to do some of your own additional research. As of 2023, Foundever's current rating on Glassdoor is 3.6 out of 5. About three out of four associates would recommend working for the company. One of the common positive comments are consistent opportunities for promotion.  This makes it different from many similar sites.
