What are the Requirements?
In order to start working for ContractWorld, there are some basic requirements that you will need to fulfill. Some of the items you will need to start working as a call center agent with ContractWorld are a personal computer with a stable and fast internet connection, trusted anti-virus software must be installed on your computer, a landline phone, and functioning headset.
AVoIP phone is required during the training period. Apart from this, the other requirements for working with ContractWorld are a dedicated office space within your home. Note that this area must be quiet and free from distractions. Finally, you will need a webcam and the right attitude to work.

Are There Any Fees?
You will be required to pay some amount of money for training, certification, background check, and other equipment you may need to perform your job successfully.
Some of the fees you will need to pay before you can start work are:
- My Business Access Online Training – $75 – this is the first level of certification.
- Client Access Online Training – $75 – $300
- Background Check – $45
- Agent Access Software – $29/monthly plus an additional $10 for each extra client you take on.
- PaySource Direct Service fee – $4.95+ per month plus an extra $2.50 for each additional client you take on.
What is the Training Duration?
Training can be between 3 days to a few weeks depending on the clients’ requirements and expectations.
