In order to start working for ContractWorld, there are some basic requirements that you will need to fulfill. Some of the items you will need to start working as a Call Centre agent with ContractWorld are a Personal Computer with stable and fast internet connection, trusted anti-virus software must be installed on your computer, a landline phone and functioning headset. You will also need a VoIP phone that would be used during training period. Apart from this, the other requirements for working with ContractWorld are a dedicated office space within your home. Note that this area must be quiet and free from distractions. Finally, you will need a webcam and the right attitude to work.

What are the Job Responsibilities at Contract World?
Your job as a ContractWorld’s call center agent is well defined. You will be required to provide call centre services to the numerous clients that ContractWorld serves. How Much does Contract World Pay?
The amount you earn while working with ContractWorld is largely dependent on the customer you are working for. However, the general is always in the range of $10 to $16 per hour. Payment is made through direct deposit.
According to ContractWorld, the Schedule is very flexible. This means you can choose your hours of work which may be as short as 30 minutes. You also have the ability to work for more than one client at a time as long as you believe you can provide effective and efficient service to the customers.
Only residents of selected states in the US and Canada can be considered for work at ContractWorld.
What are the fees involved?
One thing you must know before you start working with ContractWorld is that you will be required to pay some amount of money for Training, Certification, Background Check, and other equipment you may need to perform your job successfully.
Some of the fees you will need to pay before you can start work are:
- My Business Access Online Training – $75 – this is the first level of certification.
- Client Access Online Training – $75 – $300
- Background Check – $45
- Agent Access Software – $29/monthly plus an additional $10 for each extra client you take on.
- PaySource Direct Service fee – $4.95+ per month. An extra $2.50 is added for each additional client you take on.
What is the Training Duration?
Training can be between 3 days to a few weeks depending on the clients’ requirements and expectations.
