General Responsibilities & Qualifications
As a Rater at Telus International, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and provide feedback on text, web pages, images, and other types of information.
- Utilize an online tool to evaluate and rate search engine results for relevance.
- Work on tasks with a self-directed schedule, logging on to the online tool to select and complete assignments.
- Engage in various task types requiring both desktop/laptop and smartphone use.
Qualification includes the following:
- High School Diploma or GED Qualification.
- Minimum 12 months of experience using Gmail as your primary email.
- Daily access to and use of a broadband internet connection.
- Possession of an Android smartphone 4.2 or higher or iPhone iOS version 14.0 or higher.
