VIPdesk Connect is a leading outsourced customer service provider working with major brands. The company prides itself in providing its clients with tailor-made services including customer service, back office support, social media management and virtual customer experience consulting.

VIPdesk Connect is actively looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls for their clients Skull Candy and Astro Gaming.

This position is only available to residents of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities;

  • Assist HomeAdvisor customers through email and via phone
  • Answering questions about products and product availability
  • Provide information about events and promotions
  • Promote customer loyalty through passion and knowledge
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints

Requirements; 

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education not mandatory but preferred
  • Type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Pass criminal, credit, security and employment reference check

Key Skills;

  • 2 years of related customer service experience
  • 6+ years sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work weekends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work on the phone and computer in scheduled shift

Compensation 

  • The position pays $10/hr with the potential to earn much more.

This is a full-time position working 32-40 Hours, 5 days a week.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Team members are scheduled to work up to 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday between 11:00 am-9:00 pm ET and between 9:00 am-6:00 pm ET on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Seasonal team members work up to 5 days per week between 32-40 hours per week

Training requires mandatory 100% attendance and begins on October 5th  in a Virtual classroom so a webcam is mandatory. Sessions run from 11:00 am- 5:00 pm EST.
