VIPdesk Connect is actively looking for help in the following positions:
- CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE – BEAUTY AND SKIN CARE (REMOTE)
- SERVICE AND INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE)
- CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PART TIME (REMOTE)
This position is only available to residents of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

- Assist customers through email and via phone

Requirements;
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College education not mandatory but preferred
- Type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Pass criminal, credit, security and employment reference check
Key Skills;
- 2 years of related customer service experience
- 6+ years sales experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work weekends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work on the phone and computer in scheduled shift
Compensation
- The position pays $10/hr with the potential to earn much more.
This is a full-time position working 32-40 Hours, 5 days a week.
The schedule is as follows:
- Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Sat or Sun 8:30 AM–6:30 PM ET
- Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–8:30 PM ET, Sun 8:30 AM–6:30 PM ET
- Mon–Sat, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM ET, Sun 8:30 AM–6:30 PM ET
The next training class starts April 19th from from 12 pm-6pm ET.
