VIPdesk Connect Hiring Work from Home Customer Service Reps, Pays $10/hr.

VIPdesk Connect is a leading outsourced customer service provider working with major brands. The company prides itself in providing its clients with tailor-made services including customer service, back office support, social media management and virtual customer experience consulting.

VIPdesk Connect is actively looking for help in the following positions:

• CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE – BEAUTY AND SKIN CARE (REMOTE)
• SERVICE AND INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE)
• CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PART TIME (REMOTE)

This position is only available to residents of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities;

• Assist customers through email and via phone
• Answering questions about products and product availability
• Provide information about events and promotions
• Promote customer loyalty through passion and knowledge
• Handle and resolve customer complaints

Requirements; 

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College education not mandatory but preferred
• Type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Pass criminal, credit, security and employment reference check

Key Skills;

• 2 years of related customer service experience
• 6+ years sales experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work weekends
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work on the phone and computer in scheduled shift

Compensation 

• The position pays $10/hr with the potential to earn much more.

This is a full-time position working 32-40 Hours, 5 days a week.

The schedule is as follows:

• Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Sat or Sun 8:30 AM–6:30 PM ET
• Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–8:30 PM ET, Sun 8:30 AM–6:30 PM ET
• Mon–Sat, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM ET, Sun 8:30 AM–6:30 PM ET

The next training class starts April 19th from from 12 pm-6pm ET.
