Appen is a legit company. The company pays all of their voiceover participants for their work. The company is looking for 1,000 children in the age group of 3-5 years and 500 kids in the age group of 6-8 years.
How Your Child Can Make Money At Home
If your child wants to make money at home, here is everything they (and you) need to know.
Children selected to do the voiceovers must meet the following requirements:
- US resident
- Native speakers of the American-style English
- Must have a verified Paypal or Skrill account to receive payments
The company then pays 10-50$AUD, depending on the total number of recordings each participant does. Based on the current foreign exchange rate, your child will be making between $7.50 and $37.50 per task.
What Will My Child Do?
Each kid will do a voiceover recording of 100-500 short phrases. You will schedule for the appropriate recording time.
If the recording is approved, payments are made via PayPal or Skrill.
How Will The Recordings Be Used?
Your child’s beautiful and crystal clear recorded voiceover will be used in speech recognition systems for hi-tech products. For example, the Apple’s virtual assistant, Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa, Siri and other technology companies that require a child’s voiceover recording for their products.
How To Sign Your Child Up?
As the parent or guardian of the child, you will need to sign up on behalf of the child, and later you will receive the instructions by email.
