Your Work at Home Role with Asurion
First, as an Asurion Work From Home Inbound Sales & Tech Support Agent, your job would be to take inbound calls and assist customers. You'll help them by matching them to the best product for their needs. And, sometimes you may need to provide tech support advice.
Requirements
The best candidates will have at least 6 months of experience with product service support or experience providing tech support or troubleshooting tech issues. Prior knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems is highly preferred. Experience in a sales environment is also ideal. And, you must be open and willing to also expand your knowledge of Asurion’s products and culture.
You do not need a degree to apply for this role if you have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

The Pay & Benefits
Finally, the pay for the Inbound Sales & Tech Support position starts at $17 per hour. Also, there are up to $10 incentives per sale.
